Cocktail Meatballs
Cocktail Meatballs is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground beef, 1 c. cornflake crumbs, 1/3 c. dried parsley flakes, 2 eggs and 2 tbsp. soy sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Heat oven to 350Β°.
In large bowl, mix beef, cornflakes, parsley flakes, eggs, soy sauce, pepper, garlic powder, ketchup and onion.
Make meatballs the size of walnuts.
In another pan, combine cranberry sauce, chili sauce, brown sugar and lemon juice. Cook over moderate heat; stir occasionally until smooth and cranberry sauce is melted.
Pour over meatballs in baking dish. Bake uncovered 30 minutes.
Makes 60 meatballs.
