Chocolate-Oat-Chip Cookies
Chocolate-Oat-Chip Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. (2 sticks) butter or margarine, softened, 1 1/4 c. brown sugar, packed firmly, 1/2 c. sugar, 2 eggs and 2 tbsp. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Heat oven to 375Β°.
Beat margarine and sugars until creamy. Add eggs, milk and vanilla; beat well.
Add flour, baking soda and salt; mix well.
Stir in oats, chocolate morsels and nuts; mix well.
Drop by rounded tablespoonful onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 9 to 10 minutes for a chewy cookie or 12 to 13 minutes for a crisp cookie.
Cool on wire rack.
Makes about 5 dozen 2 1/2-inch cookies.
