Chinese Pepper Steak
Chinese Pepper Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. round or flank steak, cut into 1/8-inch strips, salt and pepper, 2 tbsp. salad oil, 1 medium onion and garlic clove, minced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Sprinkle steak strips with salt and pepper.
Brown in oil along with onion and garlic.
Stir in with meat while browning. When nicely browned, add green peppers and bouillon.
Simmer about 10 minutes, then add drained tomatoes.
Cook 5 minutes. Meanwhile, mix soy sauce and water with cornstarch.
Cook, stirring until mixture thickens and serve with hot fluffy rice. Double the recipe to serve 4.
