Chinese-Fried Chicken Wings
Chinese-Fried Chicken Wings is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 lb. (about 16) chicken wings, 2 eggs, slightly beaten, 2/3 c. milk, 1 c. all-purpose flour and 2 tbsp. soy sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cut off wing tips at joints; discard these.
Cut other sections at joint, also.
Mix eggs, milk, flour, soy sauce and salt. Dip pieces of chicken in batter and fry in hot deep oil, 350Β° on frying thermometer.
Fry Daddy type until hot and crisp. Drain on paper towels; may need to sprinkle more salt.
Makes about 32 pieces.
