Chili Verde
Chili Verde is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. pork, cubed, 1/2 c. water, 2 cloves garlic, minced, 1 large onion, chopped and salt to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Place pork, water, garlic and salt in frying pan.
Cook until all water is absorbed.
Let meat fry in its own fat until browned. Add onion and cook a few more minutes.
