Chili Sauce
Chili Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 lb. ripe tomatoes, 10 medium sized onions, 4 sweet green peppers, 1 stalk celery and 1 qt. vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Peel and chop tomatoes; prepare and chop all other vegetables and combine with tomatoes.
Boil gently for 2 hours, stirring frequently.
Add vinegar, sugar, salt and spices.
Cook over simmer flame 1 hour longer, stirring occasionally.
Pour into hot sterilized jars and seal.
Makes 8 to 10 pints.
