Chicken and Spinach Bake

Defrost spinach and drain well. Distribute spinach evenly on the bottom of a rectangular baking dish.
Pour chicken broth over spinach, then sprinkle with garlic powder and pepper.
Dip chicken cutlets into flour.
Melt 2 tablespoons of the butter and the 2 tablespoons of margarine and fry the chicken cutlets until light brown.
Place the cutlets on top of the spinach.
Place a slice of ham and Swiss cheese on top of each cutlet.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over all and dot with remaining 1 1/2 tablespoons butter. Cover and bake in a preheated 375° oven for 20 minutes. Reduce heat to 350° and bake, uncovered, for 10 minutes.
