Cheese Clam Chowder
Cheese Clam Chowder is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. diced cooked potatoes, 2 (7 1/2 oz.) minced clams, undrained, 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of celery soup, 2 c. water and 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed onion soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cook potatoes in saucepan in small amount of salted water (do not overcook).
Pour off all but 1/2 cup liquid.
To potatoes and liquid add the clams, milk and onion and celery soups; heat until simmering.
Remove from heat, add Cheddar cheese gradually, blending well after each addition.
If necessary, return to heat to finish melting cheese, do not boil.
