Beef Steak-Potato Scallop
Beef Steak-Potato Scallop is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. boneless beef round steak (1 inch thick), flour, 3 tbsp. shortening, 3 small onions, thinly sliced and 3 tbsp. all-purpose flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Heat oven to 350°. Cut beef into 1 inch cubes; coat with flour.
Heat shortening in skillet until melted; cook beef until brown.
