Beef and Pinwheel Casserole
Beef And Pinwheel Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 to 1 lb. ground beef, 1 small onion, chopped, 5 tbsp. butter, 1 tsp. salt and 1 recipe baking powder biscuit dough, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Brown beef and onion in butter; sprinkle with salt, pepper and flour.
Stir in peas and pour in greased shallow casserole and set aside.
Make biscuit dough and turn out on lightly floured board and knead gently 1/2 minute; roll or pat 1/2 inch thick and spread with melted butter.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley and roll up like a jellyroll.
Cut in 1/2 inch slices and place cut side down on top of meat and vegetable mixture.
Bake at 400Β° for 20 to 25 minutes.
