Baked Fish Creole
Baked Fish Creole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. fish fillets, thawed, 2 tsp. butter or margarine, 2 tbsp. green pepper, chopped, 1/3 c. onion, chopped and 1 clove garlic, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Place fish fillets in greased shallow baking dish (the dish should be small enough so that the sauce completely covers fillets.
In small skillet melt butter and saute until tender, green pepper, onion and garlic.
Add and heat tomatoes.
Pour Creole sauce over top of fillets.
Place thin slices of lemon over top.
Bake uncovered in 425Β° oven for 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
