Asparagus Soup
Asparagus Soup is an easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. water, 1/2 bunch fresh asparagus, 1 1/2 c. thin cream, 1 tsp. salt and 1/4 stick butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cut off tough ends of asparagus and discard.
Boil remainder in salted water until done (about 20 minutes).
Pour contents in blender.
Add butter and cream; blend for 2 minutes.
No flour is needed, as blending thickens soup.
Reheat and serve.
