Heat oven to 450°.
Beat eggs slightly, then beat in rest of ingredients.
Pour into pastry lined pie pan.
Bake for 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 350° and bake 15 minutes more or until a silver knife inserted 1-inch from side of pan into filling comes out clean.
The center may still look a bit soft, but will set later.
