Weight Watchers Parmesan Fried Chicken
Weight Watchers Parmesan Fried Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 chicken breasts, skinned, deboned and cut in half, 1/4 c. low calorie italian dressing, 3/4 c. bread crumbs, 1/4 c. parmesan cheese and 1/4 tsp. garlic powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, pepper and parsley flakes.
Mix well.
Roll chicken pieces first in the dressing, then in crumb mixture.
Place in a baking dish which has been sprayed with Pam.
Bake uncovered in 350Β° oven for 50 to 60 minutes or until tender.
I find that the crumb mixture is ample to coat 6 to 8 pieces of chicken, especially if they are small.
I have used thighs in place of breasts and it also is a good coating for pork chops or fish (decrease the cooking time for fish).
I use the Pepperidge Farm herb seasoned stuffing instead of bread crumbs.
