"Vinegar for Sushi"
"Vinegar For Sushi" is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. vinegar (heinz white vinegar in glass is best), 2/3 c. sugar, 2 1/2 tsp. salt and pinch of ajinomoto (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
π Recipe adapted from RecipeNLG-Full
Combine vinegar, sugar and salt in saucepan, stirring until sugar dissolves.
Bring to a boil.
(If you desire, add ajinomoto when liquid becomes clear.) You can make a larger "batch" at a time and keep it on hand, making it handy to make sushi, inari, maze-gohan, California roll, etc., frequently. The "su" also very good to make "sunomono" or for other salads.
