Vegetable Cheese Chowder
Vegetable Cheese Chowder is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 c. boiling water, 3 chicken bouillon cubes, 1 c. chopped potatoes, 1/2 c. chopped carrots and 1/2 c. chopped celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
In large pan, combine boiling water with bouillon cubes.
Then add vegetables and butter.
Bring to boil; reduce and simmer until vegetables are tender.
Combine milk and flour in blender until smooth.
Add to cooked vegetables and cook 3 minutes.
Add cheese, stirring until melted.
Add parsley and pepper.
Serves 4.
