Vegetable Beef Soup
Vegetable Beef Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 bag frozen mixed vegetables, 1 can tomatoes, crushed (with juice), 1 fresh pot herb (remove hot pepper) or dehydrated pot herb to taste, 1 lb. stew beef and 3 or 4 medium potatoes, diced or cabbage, cut into small pieces, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cut meat into bite size pieces. Brown meat in a large soup pot in a small amount of water.
After meat has browned, fill pot halfway with warm water.
Add salt, pepper, bouillon and pot herb, then add vegetables and crushed tomatoes.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 2 to 3 hours.
Serve with buttered roll or bread.
Add macaroni, if desired.
