Upside-Down Blueberry Pancakes
Upside-Down Blueberry Pancakes is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. pancake mix, 2 tbsp. butter or margarine and 1 (16 oz.) can blueberries, well drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Prepare pancake mix according to package directions. Set aside.
In a 10-inch pie plate (in oven), melt butter and remove from heat.
Spoon berries in bottom of pie plate. Carefully pour batter atop. Bake 18 minutes or until top springs back when tapped.
Loosen edges and invert onto serving plate.
Cut in wedges and serve with maple flavor syrup. Serves 4 to 6.
