Turkey or Chicken Pot Pie
Turkey Or Chicken Pot Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. mayonnaise, 2 tbsp. flour, 1 c. milk, 1 1/2 c. cooked turkey or chicken and 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, thawed and drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Melt mayo in a heavy pan over low heat; add flour, stirring constantly until smooth.
Gradually add milk.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened and bubbly.
Stir in turkey, mixed vegetables, bouillon granules and pepper.
Cook over medium heat until thoroughly heated.
Spoon into a 9-inch pie plate.
Unroll crescent rolls and place side by side on lightly floured surface, firmly pressing perforation together to seal. Arrange over whole pie with slits cut into it or lattice design. Bake at 375Β° for 15 to 20 minutes.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
