Tacos is an easy dinner. Made with 12 tortillas, 3 c. lettuce, shredded, 2 large tomatoes, sliced and 6 oz. cheddar cheese, grated, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Drop tortillas in hot oil, one at a time.
After a few seconds, turn, fold in half and fry to desired crispness.
Drain well on paper towels and keep warm in low heat oven.
To serve, open each torilla gently and insert filling.
