Swiss Steak
Swiss Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. round steak, 6 tbsp. oleo, 1 large onion, sliced, 1/2 c. flour and 1 tbsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Mix flour, salt, pepper and paprika together.
Cut meat into portions; pound flour mixture into steak and brown in oleo.
Saute onion.
Mix onion, water and sour cream until well blended.
Pour over meat; cover and cook over medium heat 35 to 45 minutes. Uncover and cook until sauce thickens (10 to 15 minutes).
Serves 8.
