Swiss Steak
Swiss Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. round steak, 1 c. tomato sauce, 1 c. water, 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce and 1 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Saute onion and green pepper in oil until tender.
Set onion and green pepper aside.
Mix salt, black pepper and flour.
Then roll with beef.
Pound steak with edge of a heavy plate.
Brown meat on both sides in oil.
Put in baking dish and add all remaining ingredients. Bake in 300Β° oven for 1 hour.
