Swiss Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 tbsp. dry mustard, 1 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. pepper, 1/2 c. flour and 3 tbsp. frying fat, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix mustard, salt, pepper and flour.
Dredge steak in mixture. Brown well in fat.
Put into roasting dish and sprinkle meat with onions, carrots, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar and tomatoes. Cover.
Bake at 325Β° for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
