Swiss Steak
Swiss Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 or 3 lb. round steak, cut 3/4 to 1-inch thick, 2 cans campbell's tomato soup, 3 cans water, 1 bell pepper, chopped and 1 onion, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Salt and pepper.
Brown in a small amount of oil on both sides.
Place in large pot and add remaining ingredients.
