Swiss Steak
Swiss Steak is an easy dinner. Made with beef round steak or london broil, 1 large onion and 1 small can mushroom caps, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Rub steak with flour.
Season with salt and pepper.
Sear in frying pan in oil.
Remove and place in casserole dish.
In the same pan, saute onion and mushrooms.
Pour over steak.
Cover meat with 1 inch of water.
Bake in oven, covered, for 2 hours at 350Β°. Serves 4 to 6.
