Sweet-Sour Kraut and Chops
Sweet-Sour Kraut And Chops is an moderately easy dinner. In a 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch baking dish, combine potato slices, onion and 1/4 cup water.
Bake, covered, at 350Β° for about 45 minutes.
While this is baking, in skillet, brown pork chops on both sides in hot oil.
In a bowl, combine sauerkraut, undrained pineapple and brown sugar.
Spoon this over potato mixture.
Place chops on top.
Season with salt and pepper.
Bake, covered, another 45 minutes.
