Spinach Quiche
Spinach Quiche is an impressive breakfast dish you can prepare in about 1 hour 30 minutes. Made with (9 inch) unbaked pie shell, small onion, chopped, butter, melted, bacon, fried and crumbled and (10 oz) pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Bake pie shell at 400° for 5 minutes.
Set aside.
Saute onion and bacon in butter just until coated.
Add spinach, stirring well. Cook 2 minutes.
Add flour, salt, pepper, and nutmeg, mixing well. Combine eggs, half and half, and cheese.
Beat well.
Stir into spinach mixture.
Pour into pie shell and bake at 400° for 35 minutes or until top is golden and center is set.
