Spaghetti Carbonara(Serves 6 To 8) is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. bacon, 1/2 c. chopped green pepper, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1 lb. spaghetti and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Saute until crisp, bacon, diced.
Pour off all but 3 tablespoons of the fat.
Add to the pan, chopped green pepper and chopped onions.
Cook slowly until the vegetables are tender. Cook spaghetti in a large kettle.
