Sicilian Meat Roll
Sicilian Meat Roll is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 beaten eggs, 3/4 c. soft bread crumbs, 1/2 c. tomato juice, 2 tbsp. snipped parsley and 1/2 tsp. dried oregano, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Combine first 6 ingredients, 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
Add beef; mix well on foil.
Pat meat to 12 x 10-inch rectangle.
Arrange ham atop.
Top with shredded cheese. Starting from short end, carefully roll up meat, using foil to lift.
Seal edges and ends.
Place seam side down in 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
Bake in 350Β° oven for 1 1/4 hours.
(Center will be pink.)
Halve cheese diagonally.
Place atop roll.
Return to oven until melted.
