Trim fat from meat; cut into serving size pieces.
Heat oil in a large skillet.
Add steak; brown on both sides.
Transfer steak to a 2-quart shallow baking dish.
Combine ingredients, stirring well.
Pour over steak.
Cover and bake at 325Β° for 1 1/2 hours, or until tender.
