Rumaki
Rumaki is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. chicken livers, 2 tbsp. vegetable oil, 1 tbsp. soy sauce, juice of 1 lemon and 1 garlic clove, crushed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cut deveined livers in half and cook in oil over medium heat until no longer red.
Remove skillet.
Add soy sauce, lemon juice and garlic.
Let cool.
Combine one piece of liver with a water chestnut half; roll bacon round the two and secure with toothpick. Broil when ready to serve until bacon is crisp.
