Roasted Italian Chicken
Roasted Italian Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 chicken, cut up, salt and pepper to taste, garlic, 1/2 c. oil and 1/4 c. melted margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Wash chicken and drain.
Sprinkle each piece with salt and pepper.
Pour oil and melted margarine in bottom of roasting pan. Place chicken on top; sprinkle chicken with garlic and crushed rosemary and Italian spice.
Bake, covered, for 30 minutes at 350Β°.
Add wine and water.
Bake, uncovered, for an additional 30 to 40 minutes, basting twice.
