Randy's Smoked Turkey

Thaw turkey refrigerator.
Boil 2 quarts of water and add brown sugar and Tender Quick.
Mix well.
Pump this into turkey with cooking syringe. Leave in brine in the refrigerator for 3 days before cooking.
Then cover with foil or use a cooking bag and bake in oven or smoker at 325° until thermometer reaches 180° to 185°.
