In bowl, beat together eggs, onion, salt, milk and flour.

Pour into unbaked pie crusts.

Put Cheddar and Mozzarella cheese over top.

Cover with sliced tomatoes, garlic powder and Parmesan cheese.

Bake at 450° for 15 minutes and then at 325° for 30 minutes.

Let stand 20 minutes and then cut.
