Potato Soup
Potato Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 qt. water, 7 medium potatoes, 2 medium onions, 1 lb. salt bacon, cut into fine cubes and 1 or 2 cans evaporated milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Cube salt bacon very tiny.
Put peeled, sliced potatoes in water.
Chop 2 onions fine.
Cook over medium fire until meat is done.
Salt to taste.
Usually has enough in bacon.
Mash with potato masher.
Add can cream to taste.
Thicken with a little cornstarch.
Slice eggs over top of each soup bowl.
This is a hearty soup served with cornbread.
