Potato Soup
Potato Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 chicken bouillon cubes (or use mckay's chicken), 3 c. boiling water, 2 medium onions, sliced, 3 tbsp. butter and 4 medium potatoes, diced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Dissolve bouillon cubes in water.
Melt butter in a large saucepan; add onions and cook 3 to 5 minutes or until transparent. Add potatoes, bouillon and seasoning to onions.
Cover and simmer 20 to 25 minutes.
Put mixture, half at a time, in blender and blend until smooth.
Transfer to pan and continue with rest of mixture. Add milk and heat thoroughly.
Garnish with parsley.
