Potato Dumplings
Potato Dumplings is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 slice white bread, 1 tbsp. cooking oil, 1 c. cooked potatoes, riced or mashed without butter or milk, 2 c. grated raw potatoes and 4 tbsp. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Dice bread into 1/2 inch cubes and saute in hot oil until slightly brown.
Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl.
Shape into balls the size of a large walnut and using a spoon, drop into boiling salted water.
