Beat eggs and sugar.
Stir in oleo, potatoes and buttermilk. Sift flour, baking powder, soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Add to egg mixture and blend well.
Chill for 2 hours.
Roll 1/2-inch thick.
Cut into rounds with doughnut cutter.
Fry in deep hot fat for a few minutes on each side or until light brown.
Drain and dust with sugar.
