Pot Pie Crackers
Pot Pie Crackers is an easy dinner. Made with 3 c. flour, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/2 c. shortening or oleo, 2 eggs, slightly beaten and 1/4 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Combine in large bowl, flour and salt.
Cut in shortening or oleo.
Add eggs and milk.
Stir lightly with fork and form into ball.
Divide dough into 3 parts.
Roll each part a little thinner than for pie crust.
Lay rolled out dough on greased cookie sheet. (I roll my dough out on cookie sheet).
Cut into 1/2 to 1-inch squares.
Bake at 375Β° for 10 minutes or until crackers are lightly browned.
Makes 2 quarts crackers.
Serve with creamed turkey or chicken.
Crackers keep well in tightly covered container and can be made in advance.
