Pork Roast and Mustard Gravy

Place pork roast in a Dutch oven.
Salt and pepper to taste and cover with water.
Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, then turn heat down to medium.

Remove from heat and slice.

Place in a 325Β° oven for 15 to 20 minutes.

Gravy may be poured over roast, or served separately.
