Pork Chop-Onion-Rice Bake
Pork Chop-Onion-Rice Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Brown pork chops in shortening.
Spread rice in bottom of baking dish.
Reserve 1 tablespoon seasoning from onion soup mix; sprinkle remaining mix over rice.
Drain mushrooms, reserving liquid, and distribute mushrooms and pimento over rice.
Add hot water to mushroom liquid to total 3 cups.
Pour over rice.
Arrange chops on top of rice and sprinkle with rest of seasoning.
Cover tightly with foil and bake in a 350Β° oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Uncover and bake 10 more minutes or until any excess liquid evaporates.
