Peanut Butter Coffee Cake
Peanut Butter Coffee Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed, 1/2 c. flour, 3/4 c. sugar, 2 tbsp. butter, melted and 1/4 c. shortening, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Mix 1/2 cup brown sugar, flour, 1/4 cup peanut butter and butter together until crumbly.
Set aside.
Cream remaining 1/2 cup peanut butter and shortening together.
Beat in rest of brown sugar.
Add eggs in one at a time and beat until fluffy.
Stir together flour, baking powder and salt.
Add alternately with milk to cream mixture.
Beat after each addition.
Spread in greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Top with crumbly mixture.
Bake at 375Β° for 30 to 35 minutes.
