Peaches and Cream Salad
Peaches And Cream Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 oz.) pkg. peach jello, 1 c. boiling water, 3/4 c. cold water, 3 c. peaches, sliced and 1 small banana, sliced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Dissolve peach gelatin in boiling water; stir until dissolved. Add 3/4 cup cold water and mix well.
Chill until the consistency of an unbeaten egg white.
Stir in sliced peaches and banana. Pour into a lightly oiled 8-cup mold.
Chill until set.
Soften gelatin in 3 tablespoons cold water.
Scald half-and-half cream and stir into gelatin mixture.
Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add whipping cream, sugar, and pureed peaches; mix well.
Add to gelatin mixture and stir well.
Pour over peach and banana layer. Chill at least 8 hours, or until firm.
Yield
10-12 servings.
