Oven Roasted Sauced Spareribs is an moderately easy dinner. Leave ribs whole or cut into serving pieces.
Place in a large shallow pan.
Roast at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Combine brown sugar, dry mustard and pepper in a saucepan; blend thoroughly.
Stir in remaining ingredients; bring to boiling over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
Pour 1/2 sauce over ribs and continue roasting for 30 minutes.
Turn ribs and pour on remaining sauce.
Roast 30 to 45 minutes longer or until meat is tender.
