Oven Roasted Garlic Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Preheat oven to 425Β°.
Cut potatoes in half lengthwise and then into 3 wedges per half.
Combine all ingredients in bowl; mix well.
Bake in shallow baking pan for 30 to 35 minutes or until potatoes are light brown and tender, turning occasionally.
Serve potatoes hot.
