Old-Fashioned Potato Salad
Old-Fashioned Potato Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 9 c. cubed red potatoes, 1/2 c. diced onion, 1/2 c. diced celery, 1/4 c. sweet or dill pickle relish, drained and 3 boiled eggs, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Place potatoes in a Dutch oven.
Cover with water and bring to a boil.
Cook 8 minutes or until tender.
Drain.
Place in a large bowl.
Add onion, celery, pickle relish, eggs and garlic.
Toss gently.
Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, parsley, mustard, salt and pepper.
Stir well.
Pour over potato mixture.
Toss to coat. Cover and chill.
