Noodle Kugel
Noodle Kugel is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. broad or semi-broad noodles, cook and drain, 1/4 lb. melted butter or oleo, 3/4 c. sugar, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/2 c. white raisins, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Add butter or oleo, 3/4 cup sugar, salt, raisins, 2 eggs, 1 teaspoon cinnamon and milk to noodles.
Mix Ricotta cheese, 1 egg, 1 tablespoon sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon together.
Mix together with the noodle mixture.
Bake in buttered 14 x 9-inch Pyrex dish at 350Β° for 1 hour.
While hot, loosen edges and cut but let cool 10 minutes before removing.
May need to cover with aluminum foil to keep from browning too fast!
