Mexican Rice Pilaf

Saute onion in oil.
Add garlic, cumin and rice.
Cook 3 minutes on medium heat.
Add meat and remaining ingredients except cheese.
Bring to a boil.
Cover and bake at 350Β° for 25 minutes or until rice is soft.
Sprinkle with cheese and heat uncovered in oven for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
