Meatball Soup
Meatball Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1/2 c. rice, 1 egg, 2 tbsp. salt and 1 tsp. ground cumin, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Mix ground beef with rice, egg, tomato sauce, salt, cumin and chopped onion.
In a pot put 2 quarts of water with 2 tablespoons salt to a boil.
While water boils, make small size, or as decided, meatballs.
Add meatballs to boiling water one by one until all meatballs are added to boiling water.
Cook for 30 minutes.
Serve with cabbage; cut in fine pieces and lemon.
