Mary's Goulash
Mary'S Goulash is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. boneless beef chuck or round steak, 2 tbsp. oleo, 2 large onions, chopped, 1 tbsp. paprika and salt and pepper to taste (about 1 tsp. salt and 1 tsp. pepper), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cut beef into bite size cubes.
Use a large iron frypan and melt oleo, then add meat, onions, paprika, salt and pepper. Brown until dark brown, stirring often. When meat is brown on all sides of cubes, add water and simmer about 35 minutes, covered with lid. Dissolve cornstarch in milk and add to mixture.
Let simmer 10 minutes longer.
Serve over rice, noodles or hot biscuits.
